How do I track my package?
You can track your package using your order number and email address by going to the *Track My Order* section of our website.
How long does it take to ship your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, sometimes it can take up to 48 hours. Your order will then be given to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 10 to 20 days. (Depending on the period, promotions, and transport service)
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders for a limited time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
Our offices are located in Canada. Our international warehouse is located in China. However, following our recent development, we plan to launch our next collections from a warehouse in United Kingdom, which will allow us to ship to United Kingdom in less than 7 days.
I did not receive all the items in my order, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear about this. Just send us a message via the contact form on the site and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
What is the quality of the products you offer?
Our items are carefully manufactured by professionals, we focus on the quality of materials to create quality items.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
